We have a 3 assignments for students to complete before the class. ***Updated 3/31/2025***

1. Log in or create an account on the NWCG Wildland Fire Learning Portal.

2. Complete the S-230 Crew Boss (Single Resource) (Blended-Online Component) 2023 on the Wildland Fire Learning Portal.

3. Read the “Safe Practices” training outline and highlight as many Fire Orders as you can find. 

Please bring all of your wildland personal protective equipment & IRPG with you for the field exercise.
